FIRM BACKGROUND
Ehrlich Group is a law firm with a key focus on real estate, land use, development, construction, and the myriad associated issues related to successful project development. Our breadth of services range from due diligence and feasibility analysis to every aspect of the planning, zoning, and entitlement process including community / governmental relations and counsel on various environmental regulations (i.e. CEQA, AB 32, and AB 375). Whether preparation or review of a simple contract agreement or the development of a multi-pronged approval strategy, the firm offers capable, creative, and committed service.

With over 30 years of experience in architecture, real estate development, and the law--including tenure with such firms as Paul Hastings, Loeb & Loeb, and Kosmont Associates--Bruce brings a unique and very "hands on" approach to the increasingly convoluted and complex process regulating development. He has strong existing relationships with governmental agencies, a proven track record of community "consensus building", a working knowledge of evolving environmental regulations, and a thorough understanding of the many challenges inherent in the development process. Bruce's architectural background is particularly valuable in that it allows him to address a host of issues beyond the usual--whether environmental, engineering, construction, or Building Department-related – that invariably arise on every project.
